VAC under Kohima DPDB conducts activities at Kigwema

Village Adoption Committee (VAC) for Southern Angami-1 A/C under the aegis of Kohima DPDB organised training on baking and conducted an anti-rabies vaccination camp at village council hall, Kigwema on February 19.

According to DIPR report, training on baking of cakes and cookies was organised for the promotion and benefit of the youngsters and SHGs in the village.

The training was organised under the initiative of district youth resources officer, Chubarenla Longchar with Pelong Konyak of Peecee bakers as the resource person.

Meanwhile, CVO, Rokozo Dolie took the initiative in organising the mass anti-rabies vaccination camp programme, while VAC Convener, Ruopfukuotou Noudi and SDO (C), Jakhama briefed the gathering on the purpose and importance of the programme.
