Reacting to PWD (R&B) minister G Kaito Aye’s assertion that contractors were not legally bound to NFHRCC, the Nagaland Foothills Road Coordination Committee (NFHRCC) Thursday described as “very unfortunate” that the minister was “not capable to understand” the concept of the Foothills Road till date.
